Need Help with Your EDC?

SIMASRIM uses an Auto-Settlement system every day at 23:59. You do not need to perform manual settlement. Ensure the EDC is turned on or in standby mode at that time for data synchronization.

Do not panic. The system will perform an Auto-Reversal (refund) within 24 hours if the transaction is deemed failed. Contact CS with the card number and time of the incident for manual verification.

• Dip (Insert): Mandatory for cards with a Chip (Gold square). Insert into the bottom slot.
• Swipe: Only for cards without a Chip (e.g., legacy Social Aid/PKH cards). Swipe via the side slot.

• Mobile Top-up Error: Usually due to provider downtime. Check if balance is deducted. If deducted but not received, contact CS.
• PKH/Social Aid Error: Ensure card is swiped correctly. "Do Not Honor" usually means empty balance or card issue.
• Unknown Error Codes: If you see an unfamiliar code, please take a photo of the EDC screen and send it to our WhatsApp Support.

The default factory password for settings is usually 123456 or 000000. If you have changed it and forgotten, the unit requires a Factory Reset which can only be done by our technical team.
