Identity: full name, National ID Number (NIK), and ID card (KTP) photo for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Contact: email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, and full delivery or pickup address. Transaction: order history, payment details, and bank account information for fund disbursement. Technical: IP address, device type, operating system, and GPS location when using certain features such as package pickup.
We use your data to process our services (arranging package pickups, processing PPOB transactions, issuing travel tickets), for communication purposes (order status notifications, OTP codes, important account-related information), for security and verification (preventing fraud, validating identity, securing financial transactions), and for service improvement (analyzing usage patterns to develop new features).
All data exchanges are protected with SSL encryption. Personal data may only be accessed by authorized employees who require it for their work. Multi-layered firewalls and a 24-hour security monitoring system protect our servers.
